Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work in Fayetteville, PA. The role provides direct care, assistance with daily living activities, and support for independence in an IDD setting. Paid training is offered, and there are available 2nd shift hours with some weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety and well-being, including medication support as trained.
• Complete required documentation, progress notes and service logs.

Pay Rate : $16.75 ($2 additional with Enhanced Pay option)

Shifts available: 2nd Shift: 4p-12a every other Monday 4p-12a Tuesday-Friday 4p-12a every other weekend
