Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Fayetteville, PA. This full-time role offers 2nd shift hours (4p-12a) with every-other-weekends and weekend rotation. No experience required; paid training provided.

You will provide direct care, assist with ADLs, personal care, mobility, and meal prep; support life skills, transportation, and community engagement, while ensuring health, safety, and proper documentation. Join a mission-driven team and grow in a respected nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
