As a part-time DSP, you will work one-on-one with a participant with intellectual/developmental disabilities in the community and in-home setting. You will follow the participant's Individualized Support Plan (ISP), provide transportation, promote independence, and document progress — all while building a trusted, caring relationship.
Note: Some participants may express a preference for a same-gender DSP for personal care. Specific case-matching details are discussed during the hiring process.
