Prestige Home Care LLC in Pennsylvania seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will support daily living activities and help individuals achieve greater independence under the ODP program.
Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and IADLs, documenting care, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with the team.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides person-centered home and community-based services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism enrolled in Pennsylvania ODP waivers. The DSP supports individuals in achieving greater independence, community participation, health, safety, and quality of life while implementing each person's Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Services are provided in homes and community settings. Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on participant needs.
Complete all required orientation and annual training, including person-centered practices, incident management, individual rights, HIPAA, abuse prevention, infection control, emergency preparedness, CPR/First Aid (if applicable), and other ODP and agency-required training.
