Merakey is seeking Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Chico, CA. We hire immediately and offer multiple shifts including full-time, part-time, and PRN.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has a valid driver’s license, and may have prior experience with ADLs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and providing companionship in clients' homes.

Job Description

Earn $17.50 per hour. Plus a $2 per hour night shift differential if working overnight.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals with development disabilities in a variety of potential settings including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings. We provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity and contentment of every consumer served by assisting and training individuals in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development. This position provides direct support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with co-occurring medical support needs in a residential setting.
