Job summary

Golden Heart Advocacy LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one care for adults with IDD across Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties, NJ. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules with new assignments daily and paid time off.

Competitive pay ranges from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and acuity. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation within the counties are required, with CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation within specified counties.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support during community outings and recreational activities.
• Offer verbal reminders and guidance through daily routines.
• Follow the Individual Support Plan and accurately document services provided.
• Communicate consistently with the care team and family.
• Assist with personal care tasks as needed.

Golden Heart Advocacy is hiring caring, reliable Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties. Flexible scheduling — full-time and part-time positions available, with new assignments added daily.

Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience and acuity)

Location: Burlington, Manchester, Mercer, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union Counties, NJ

About This Position
