Job summary

Focus Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities, helping them gain independence and community participation.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for career growth. As a DSP, you will support with daily living tasks, health and safety, and encouraging personal goals in a respectful, person-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background clearances.
• Experience in Human Services or as a caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.

Job Type: Part Time & Full Time once hours are available

Pay: $17-19.00 hourly Based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement

Focus Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to

join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide direct support to individuals

with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, helping them develop skills, increase

independence, and actively participate in their communities.

Students pursuing degrees in psychology, social work, education, nursing, healthcare, or related

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to assist individuals with getting up, walking, and moving by lifting or guiding when necessary.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds or more at times.
