Focus Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking dedicated DSPs to join our team in Pittsburgh. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with hourly pay of $17–$19 based on experience and mileage reimbursement.

You will support individuals with daily living activities, health and safety, and help them reach personal goals. No experience needed for paid training; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass criminal background clearances.

• Support individuals with building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement.
• Responsible for all duties related to direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
• Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination.
