At Peace Health is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will promote independence, safety, and dignity while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, mobility, documenting progress, coordinating with healthcare providers, and supporting community participation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) is required.
• Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs and implementing BSPs preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and adaptable.
• Ability to assist with mobility and personal care needs.
• Knowledge of person-centered care and individual rights.
