Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with intellectual disabilities in Burlington. You will offer one-on-one assistance, help with daily living activities, and ensure safety in home and community.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check. Flexible afterschool and weekend shifts offer opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

About the Role:Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Burlington area.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support,assistance,and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.
