Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in the Burlington area is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support for an individual with an intellectual disability. You will help meet daily needs in the home and in the community, ensuring safety and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include one-on-one support, personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and following agency policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role: Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Support Professionals to provide community living support care for an individual with intellectual disabilities in the Burlington area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the individual's needs are met and providing a safe and supportive environment both in the home and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support,assistance,and companionship.
• Assist with daily living activities,including personal care,meal preparation,and medication administration.
• Ensure the individual's safety and well-being in the home and community.
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Follow agency policies and procedures.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
