Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Matthews, NC is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and ensuring safety, with an emphasis on dignity and respectful communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
