Job summary

Community Options is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, and Home Health Aides in Crossville, TN to provide person-centered care for individuals with IDD. No experience required - paid training provided!

The pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for professional growth and development. Positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN, with a supportive team and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities tailored to ISP/PCP.
• Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns.
• Assist with learning and development of independent and community-based skills.
• Participate with individuals in community, social, and recreational activities.
• Drive individuals to medical appointments and activities in the community.
• Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timely.
• Build a support network by developing relationships with community members and families.
• Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean and safe for use.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
• Cooperate with licensee and department staff during inspections or inquiries.
