The DSP will support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and contribute to their health, safety, and independence. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid OH driver’s license, and have vehicle access.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid Ohio driver’s license.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest’s criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence, choice and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Assist with household tasks including meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
