ViaQuest Residential Services in Dayton, OH is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Qualifications

• Age 18+ requirement.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal, reliable vehicle to transport individuals.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest criteria.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal prep and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
