People Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals live their best life. You will assist with daily living skills, transportation, and community participation in Silver Creek and Farnham.

We offer paid training, benefits, and a supportive mission-driven culture. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with competitive pay and a 6-month path to a higher hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing).

Responsibilities

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events.
• Follow care plans that respect each person’s choices, strengths, and needs.
• Ensure safety, health, and dignity in every interaction.
