Job summary

Northern Hills Training Center in Spearfish, SD is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for part-time, full-time, and overnight shifts. You will provide hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and community settings, helping them build independence and stay healthy and safe.

Responsibilities include daily living support, community participation, documenting progress, and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus.

Responsibilities
