ADVANCE in Brookings, SD is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, support wellness, and help clients participate in community activities with a compassionate, team‑oriented approach.

Hours are Tuesday to Friday 3pm–9pm, with every other weekend 8am–8pm. Compensation ranges from $23.75 to $25.75 per hour for a full‑time role, and a high school diploma plus a valid

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Caring attitude and willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest.
