Job summary

Living Resources in New York seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals in Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Saratoga County Group Homes with daily activities and personal care. You will help residents live as independently as possible.

We offer paid training, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, retirement programs, and career growth. Full-time and part-time shifts available across day, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Driver's license and a HS Diploma or GED.
• CNA/HHA/PCA experience a plus.
• Must be able to perform lifting, re-positioning and transferring without restriction.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in group homes with daily activities and personal care.
• Support residents to achieve personal goals and greater independence.
