Living Resources Corp in Albany, NY is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with disabilities in our group homes. You will provide daily care, support independence, and help residents reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• Passionate about making a difference.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and locations.
• Valid NYS Driver's license and a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform lifting, repositioning and transferring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in group homes including personal care.
• Support individuals to set and achieve personal goals.
• Collaborate with families to promote independence and peace of mind.
• Maintain safety, dignity and well-being of residents.
