Living Resources Corp is seeking Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with disabilities in Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer and Saratoga County group homes. You will support daily living activities, personal care, and goal attainment in a compassionate, team-based setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid NYS Driver's license.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• CNA/HHA/PCA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities.
• Provide personal care following care plans.
• Support individuals to achieve personal goals and independence.
• Document care provided and track progress for care team.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure quality support.
