Job summary

Behavioral Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to serve as the frontline caregiver in Community Living homes. You will implement ISP/BSP plans with fidelity, ensure continuous supervision, engage individuals meaningfully, and maintain safety and dignity on every shift.

This safety-sensitive position requires following plans, documenting accurately, and collaborating with Behavioral Clinicians to deliver evidence-based interventions and skill-building activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior direct support, residential services, or behavioral health experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work with individuals with complex behavioral, developmental, or medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISP and BSP interventions exactly as written.
• Provide continuous supervision and meaningful engagement during shifts.
• Maintain dignity, safety, and consistency in care.
• Transport individuals to appointments and outings as required; administer medications as trained.
