Shifts are part-time with opportunities for morning, afternoon, and evening coverage. Earn $16.00 per hour, with a potential raise to $16.50 after six months and a $2,500 hiring bonus.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or formal education required.
• Comfort with basic computer use to document care.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance and support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, meals, and transportation.
• Support community involvement and independent living skills.
• Advocate for rights, needs, and preferences of individuals.
• Monitor health and well-being and report changes.
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings.
• Residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people with identified needs.
• Collaborative, mission‑driven team dedicated to dignity, respect, and inclusion.
