Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Oxford, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live independently in their communities. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials and additional asleep hours at $17.50/hour.

Responsibilities include administering personal care, implementing ISP/Behavior Support Plans, and supporting health needs. A High School diploma and a valid US driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED/HiSET.
• Active US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to build independence.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
• Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
