Job summary

Creative Foundations (a Help at Home company) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities. Earn $18/hour during waking hours with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires; shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, and overnight.

Weekend availability required; training provided, with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include one-on-one support, daily living assistance, documentation, and teamwork to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, or transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
