Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will provide one‑on‑one care and help clients live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help clients achieve personal goals and track progress.
• Document care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
