Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey. This role emphasizes independence, daily living skills, and ISP-based support delivered one-on-one with clients.

We offer flexible hours and local cases, with competitive pay of $18–$24 per hour based on experience, plus a supportive team and onboarding process to help you succeed in a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
