Legacy Behavioral Health Services in South Georgia seeks a Direct Support Professional to join our Lowndes team. You will provide training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24/7 residential program, helping with daily living and community integration as outlined by the ISP.

Under supervision by the Site Manager, you will document progress, assist with transportation coordination, and ensure a clean, safe living environment while meeting CARF standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid GA driver's license with fewer than 5 points.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide training and support to people with developmental disabilities in a 24/7 community residential program.
• Deliver skills training in daily living and community integration as outlined by the Individual Service Plan (ISP).
• Monitor and document progress in treatment and maintain CARF-safety compliant home environment.
• Coordinate transportation for persons served in collaboration with staff and supervision by Site Manager.
