Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will work one-on-one with clients following each ISP.

We offer flexible hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts and local cases across New Jersey. ASG Home Care provides training, supportive management, and opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals are ideal.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Caregiving or human services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
