Job summary

Entry-level position with on-the-job training; High School Diploma or GED required; reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based care.
• Assist with daily tasks including housekeeping, meal prep, bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Help plan and organize client schedule and activities.
• Document and report in the electronic health record.
