Job summary

DABS, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized supervision and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities in Supported Living Services.

You will support daily activities, ensure health and safety, and document observations in line with DDS and agency standards. We offer both full-time and part-time roles, healthcare benefits, paid sick leave, and mileage/cell phone reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and care plans.
• Professional ethics, punctual attendance and respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, person-centered supervision in home and community.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Supervise medication administration when needed.
• Accompany or transport to medical and personal appointments.
• Observe health and report changes to supervisor.
• Complete daily logs and progress notes per agency standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings as needed.
