Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to support adults with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Participating as part of a team to support skill-building per the Individual Support Agreement (Treatment Plan).
• Provide positive behavioral support and supervise with calm, sound judgment.
• Develop positive and therapeutic working relationships with clients.
• Support individuals with communication needs.
• Provide necessary personal and/or medical care.
• Document progress on Individual Support Agreement goals.
• Work with a variety of clients.
