Community Access Services in Clackamas, OR is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with IDD. You will assist with daily living, community participation, and personal growth, following individualized plans.

No prior DSP experience is required; paid training is provided. This part‑time role offers a supportive team, a consistent schedule, and meaningful opportunities to connect with the community.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for day‑shift and swing‑shift positions.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Willingness to complete required training and follow safety procedures and plans.
