Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with 1+ year driving experience.
• Pass a comprehensive background check.
• Experience with individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily activities, group sessions and community outings.
• Encourage participation in communication, socialization, recreation and vocational readiness.
• Promote independence and self-advocacy in a supportive environment.
• Assist with personal care needs (meals, hygiene, mobility) when needed.
• Collaborate with staff, therapists and families for individualized support.
