Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay is $23/hour for non-acuity and $33/hour for acuity, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. Flexible schedules, paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Complete documentation and maintaining schedules; participate in ongoing training.
