Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals DSPs to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities IDD. As a DSP you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

If you are compassionate, reliable and looking for meaningful work, we would love to meet you. Starting pay $23/hour for non acuity; $33/hour for acuity; $1000 signing bonus paid in installments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Encourage independence and help develop new skills.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
