Job summary

ODC, Inc. in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Community Day Aide program.

You will support individuals with disabilities through daily living skills, community involvement, and engaging activities in our Day Services programming. The role requires at least a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm, and opportunity for flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working with persons with disabilities or in nursing/home health care.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in Day Services with daily living skills, community and social activities.
• Provide personal cares discreetly (toileting, eating, mobility, behaviors).
• Creatively problem-solve to meet individual needs in-house or in the community.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle for daily use.
• Adhere to cyber security requirements including MFA via personal device.
