Job summary

ODC, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals in our Community Day program. You will help with daily living skills, social activities, and community engagement.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience with disabilities or in nursing/home health care. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required. This is a full-time, weekday schedule with a strong emphasis on respect and person-centered support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience with persons with disabilities or in nursing/home health care.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in Day Services with daily living skills, social activities, and community engagement.
• Perform personal cares discreetly and respectfully (toileting, eating, mobility, behaviors).
• Creatively problem solve to meet needs for individuals in house or in the community.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle for daily use.

• Ability to creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals in house or in the community
• Valid driver's license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
• This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
