Job summary

Alay Home Care in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

This in-person role offers full-time and part-time hours across New Jersey with pay ranging from $21.40 to $30.00 per hour, plus medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO and paid sick leave. Training provided through DSP program is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher) required.
• At Least 18 Years of Age.
• CPR & First Aid Certification from an approved provider.
• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Community integration and companionship.
• Behavioral support and mentorship.
• Medication administration.
• Transportation to community activities.
