Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges in community settings. You will help clients communicate needs and implement person-centered plans to achieve goals under supervision.

Starting pay rate is $16.50/hour with facility-determined base pay. Shifts vary by location, covering all days of the week; Payactiv is available for early pay options.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED (Not required for TN openings).
• Physical requirements include lifting 30 lbs., minimum 70 lbs., pulling 50 lbs., squatting/kneeling/crawling/climbing/standing, and CPR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Data collection and reporting.
