Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use concerns. You will work the Wed & Thurs 4pm–8pm and Sat 4pm–10pm shifts, with regular responsibilities in daily living support, transportation, and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Meet all pre-employment screenings.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster independence while providing support.
• Knowledge of disability rights and community integration principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.
