Hope Network is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for full-time 40-hours, 1st shift. The role focuses on helping individuals gain independence, participate in the community, and receive compassionate, person-centered care.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, and support at medical appointments while collaborating with a care team. Wage is $17.13 per hour and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Commitment to scheduled shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in activities of daily living including mobility, personal care, and health management.
• Support community participation, social activities, and transportation as needed.
• Monitor safety and health, document care plans, and attend medical appointments.
• Foster trust, empathy, teamwork and professional communication with care teams.
