Dungarvin helps people with disabilities live more independently. A Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver role is available full-time to provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

Starting pay is $15.75/hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid training, and opportunities to grow. Flexible schedules include weekends, and you will work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals served.
• Pass required background clearance.
• Paid training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth.
• Assist with daily living, mobility, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide encouragement and complete required documentation.
