Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Tyler Hill, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in the community.

You will help clients live more independently, engage in meaningful activities, and receive flexible part-time shifts with afternoon availability, close to home. Mileage reimbursement and a supportive team structure enhance the role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.
