Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Damascus, Long Pond, and Stroudsburg areas of Pennsylvania. You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections, assisting with daily living tasks and community engagement, while promoting independence and dignity.

These part-time DSP roles offer flexible schedules and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD as part of direct care.
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meal prep and routines.
• Support transportation for appointments and outings.
• Engage clients in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments.
• Encourage independence and community engagement.

Compensation & Flexibility

• Up to $18 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules
  • Long Pond - Fridays and Sundays
  • Stroudsburg - Saturdays
• Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
