Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to serve Shenandoah and surrounding areas. You will support individuals with I/DD, helping them live more independently and engage in daily activities, with flexible part-time schedules and local shifts.

Compensation is up to $18 per hour with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits designed for you. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation to support client needs in the
