Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with I/DD live more independently in the Damascus area and surrounding communities. You will build meaningful connections, assist with daily tasks, transportation, and personal care with dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with I/DD in daily living tasks and independence.
• Build meaningful one-on-one connections as a trusted companion.
• Assist with transportation for appointments and outings.
• Encourage community engagement and social connections.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
