The position emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and collaboration with the Home Manager, with potential on-site sleepover duties in certain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Support and House Assistant duties in residential and day settings.
• Assist with staffing coverage for all three shifts as scheduled by the Home Manager.
• Identify and communicate the needs and requests of individuals; implement services per each Person Centered Plan.
• May be required to reside on-site (sleep over) on certain schedules or weeks.
