Job description

Direct Support Leader – Regular.

We are hiring a Direct Support Leader to provide support for individuals and/or groups of persons with disabilities in residential and day settings. The role includes direct support, house assistant duties, ensuring coverage across all shifts, and may require overnight stay on special schedules.

Pay rate: $17.00.

Location: North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Assist with health and safety procedures.
• Assist with people supported development.
• Assist with person supported community life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person‑centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Complete pre‑employment screening: criminal background check, name check in relevant registries, drug testing, education verification, credentialing as required.
• Proof of employment history or references (if required).
• For positions requiring driving: proof of driver’s license, driver’s insurance, and a vehicle.
