Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint background check and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular shifts and follow schedule or rotating shifts as required.
• Provide direct care and support services following individual plans.
• Document participation and progress for communication with staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living and behavior support plans.
• Ensure safety, infection control and a safe living environment.
